About Us!

Cell Phone Tech Services is owned and operated by the Harpole family. We're based in Vancouver, WA and started out as a home based, second-income, hobby job in our garage. In May, 2009 we took the plunge and opened up a retail space. We are trilled by the overwhelmingly positive response we have received and rapid growth that we have enjoyed.

We're not just business owners, we're members of the local community and we want our business practices to reflect our personal values. Here are a few of our key concerns:

Ecological Stewardship: We are deeply concerned with the welfare of our natural world. In fact, the very foundation of CPTS is rooted in our desire to stem the flow of toxins (from cell phones and other electronics) into the environment.
Family Friendly: As parents of young children, we are keenly aware of how important it is to have and support family-friendly businesses. Children deserve a safe and nourishing environment to spend time in while their parents shop, and parents appreciate a kid-friendly atmosphere to keep their little ones occupied while they browse for something new or wait for their item to be serviced. That's why you'll find a kid friendly play space in our retail shop.
Local, local, local: We believe it is extremely important to support our local economy by working with other local business whenever possible. We also want to support local artisans and musicians by showcasing their work in our store and find ways of supporting other local community organizations.
