Ordering
Once we receive the phone the turn-around time is 24-48 hours. After payment is received we will email you a copy of all the messages extracted. When we mail the phone back to you we will also include a backup copy of your messages on a thumb drive and full printed transcript of the messages. With this we also include a signed letter of authenticity. If we are unsuccessful extracting your text messages then there is no charge.
